About the level of quality you would expect for this price. Nothing fancy, but not the cheapest thing you can find. It makes a decent presentation but not over-the-top. I would recommend it to a friend and I have no complaints.

I received my order quickly, and the imprint was very well done, however I was not pleased with the quality of the bag. The plastic fittings were not substantial and I do not have any confidence in their durability. If only the plastic clasps and other fittings were as well made as the bag itself and the imprint. Not what I had hoped for.

Very well made bag. I selected this because of the extra large imprint area. My logo is bright and clearly visible from a distance. My one complaint is that I wish it had more separate compartments, but it is still very useful and helps keep organized.

We gave these away at the recent conference and they were quite popular among the crowd. Moderately priced and high quality. This was a very impressive giveaway item. The crowd loved it. The imprintation process was smooth without flaw.
